Yacona Patova is a silent movie you can "walk around" in, or a Walkie . It s listed in the books category because it could also be described as a fully animated graphic novel taking place in a navigable 3D world. The characters speak in silent film style title cards and are accompanied by a piano soundtrack. You can play, pause, fast-forward and rewind the action while you are in it. The story contains over 50 characters including people, cows, sheep, chickens, birds, and a well-intentioned mayor who is determined to promote his town on the internet despite knowing next to nothing about how to do that. You can follow any character anywhere by tapping on them, or just go wherever you want by dragging or twisting the screen to move. When it starts, you are following a farmer on a hill, but just swipe or double tap to detach if you want to go someplace else. The runtime is 30 minutes. When it ends, rewind the town and start on a new character, or in a new place, to discover new stories. Notes: This is not a game. This app is designed for newer iPads.
